| Warranty Conditions for Enclosure |
| 1. This warranty card must be presented together with dealer¡¦s invoice when the defective products are returned for repair. 2. This warranty is deemed to be voided if this warranty is lost, misplaced or amended. 3. External Enclosure 1 year warranty. 4. This warranty does not cover those damages caused by : i. abuse, misuse, neglect or natural disaster ; ii. the product serial number has been altered, defaced or removed ; iii. any parts of accidental damage, neglect, misuse, inadequate volt input, improper installation or testing, unauthorized repair, alteration. Damages directly or indirectly caused by using improper or damaged facility ; iv. modification or repair made other than authorized parties. 5. When the defected product cannot be repaired, replacement can be applied for same model. If the defected model has run out or lack of stock, same capacity model could be replaced. 6. Warranty does not cover the loss of data in the hard disk. 7. The final definition of terms & conditions in this warranty card can only be interpreted by authorized distributor and its authorized partners. |
